   - RASUpdate broken out from BTBUpdate (allows RASUpdate to be performed in
      Decode).
   - Added optional 2nd CAM port to BTB for updates (for when updates to the
      BTB may occur out-of-order).
   - Fixed resp.mask bit logic.
