diplomacy: support := composition
...
This makes it possible to treat chained composition associatively.
x := y :=? z :=* a ...
It also makes it easy to chain multiple optional adapters:
node :=? (Seq(a, b) ++ c ++ d)

- Removes legacy bus protocol implementations

- Adds devices package
