linux_defconfig: restore support for qemu's uart (#46)
Now that we've fixed the 16MiB limit on HiFive Unleashed, there is
no need to drop this drive any more.
Fixes #44.

Add "make qemu", which runs a QEMU-based system
This currently has support for a virtio disk, and the Makefiles will
create an empty one for you.
